An Act providing for cooperative purchasing of renewable energy equipment..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Subsection (d) of section 4E of chapter 40J of the General Laws, as recently amended by section 49 of chapter 169 of the acts of 2008, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “or rebates to customers;” the following words:- to institute cooperative purchasing agreements when appropriate;
