An Act eliminating the "private" caller feature..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or regulation to the contrary, all companies who provide telephone services in the commonwealth are required to eliminate the “private” caller feature so that all telephone numbers are displayed on the user’s calling number identification system.
