An Act Relative to Gasoline Prices..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 295C of chapter 94 of the Massachusetts General laws is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The price on the marquee of the retail dealer shall equal the credit card price of dispensing one gallon of gasoline.
