An Act relative to the waiving of fees for the declaration of homesteads for disabled veterans.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 188 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting the following section:- “Section 2. For the purposes of this chapter all fees for the declaration of homesteads shall be waived for disabled veterans.”
