In the Year Two Thousand Nine

An Act relative to the Milford Geriatric Authority..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 76 of the Acts of 1982 is hereby amended by striking Section 10B and inserting therein the following:

“The Town shall not assess any tax upon the Geriatric Authority or Geriatric System or part thereof or upon the income therefrom.”

SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect upon its passage, or take any other action in relation thereto.
