An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Uxbridge as the Titus Ebbeling Memorial Bridge..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  The bridges which carry Route 146 both northbound and southbound over Route 146A, identified as U-02-057, in the Town of Uxbridge shall be designated and known as the Titus Ebbeling Memorial Bridge, in memory of Uxbridge Dog Officer Titus Ebbeling who lost his life in the line of duty on December 1, 1980.  If this bridge is replaced by a new bridge, said designation shall also apply to any replacement bridge.  The department of highways shall erect and maintain a suitable marker and signage bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
