An Act relative to local contributions for the city of Chelsea..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education shall recalculate the fiscal year 2010 minimum local contributions for the city of Chelsea by using the final actual fiscal year 2008 local contributions and shall distribute any additional state fiscal stabilization funds for which the school districts of the city may be eligible.
