An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Diane Hubbard, an employeed of the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Department of Industrial Accidents shall establish a sick leave bank for Diane Hubbard, an employee of the Office of Claims Administration of the Department of Industrial Accidents.

Any employee of the Department of Industrial Accidents may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Diane Hubbard.  Whenever Diane Hubbard terminates her employment with the department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, the balance of the sick leave time shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
