An Act enhancing school district transportation safety..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Line 14 of Section 7A of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “route” the following:-

unless said pupil must walk on a state or local roadway that does not possess a pedestrian sidewalk;
