An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Gloria Oluboje, an employee of the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Department of Industrial Accidents shall establish a sick leave bank for Gloria Oluboje, an employee Department of Transitional Assistance.

Any employee of the Department of Transitional Assistance may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Gloria Oluboje.  Whenever Gloria Oluboje terminates her employment with the department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, the balance of the sick leave time shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
