An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Christine Frangakis, an employee of the Department of Public Health..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of public health shall establish a sick leave bank for Christine Frangakis, an employee of the department.  Any employee of a department within the department of public health may voluntarily contribute 1 or more of his sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Christine Frangakis.  Whenever Christine Frangakis terminates employment with the department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, the balance of the sick leave time shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
