Resolve reviving and continuing the Special Commission on Civic Engagement and Learning.

Resolved, That the special commission on civic engagement and learning, established under section 106 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008, is hereby revived and continued; provided, however, that the commission shall report to the general court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry out its recommendations, by filing the same with the clerks of the senate and the house and the joint committee on education on or before December 31, 2010.
