An Act requiring notification to the General Court of any changes in transportation for adult day care.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, prior to initiating any changes to the current adult day health transportation system, the department of elder affairs shall provide 90 days notice to the Clerk of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives.
