Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, that, the joint committee Education be authorized and directed to make an investigation and study of certain current Senate documents numbered 212, 226, 259, 269, 278, 286 and 289 relative to Chapter 70.
