Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, that, the joint committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies be authorized and directed to make an investigation and study of certain current Senate documents numbered 192, 193, 194, 195, 197, 198, 199, 201, 202, 204, 206 and 2041 relative to economic development.
