An Act to debar employers who violate federal immigration laws from contracting with the Commonwealth.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (c) of section 29F of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 71 of paragraph (1) by striking out the word “or” after the words “or safety;”, and by inserting after the word “environment;” in line 72 the following:—or (x)  a violation of any federal law prohibiting the employment of undocumented workers;
