An Act concerning the enforcement of Illegal dumping violations in the city of Worcester..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 117 of the Acts of 2005 is hereby amended by deleting the second sentence in Section 8 thereof and thereby reviving and re-enacting the remaining provisions of said act.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
