Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, that, the joint committee on Transportation be authorized and directed to make an investigation and study of certain current Senate documents numbered 1935, 1985 and 1986 relative to transportation.
