An Act Order authorizing the joint committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy be authorized and directed to make an investigation and study of certain current Senate documents relative to consumer protection issues in the Commonwealth.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, that, the joint committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy be authorized and directed to make an investigation and study of certain current Senate documents numbered 1484, 1485, 1494, 1518, 1524 and 1533 relative to consumer protection issues in the Commonwealth.
