An Act Ordered authorizing the joint committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture be authorized and directed to make an investigation and study of certain current Senate documents relative to various environmental issues.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, that, the joint committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture be authorized and directed to make an investigation and study of certain current Senate documents numbered 365, 367, 371, 373, 376, 378, 379, 381, 384, 389, 392, 393, 395, 399, 402, 403, 405, 409, 410, 412, 413, 421, 425, 438, 439 and 444 relative to various environmental issues.
