An Act relative to school age temporary residents..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 76 as so appearing in the 2006 official edition of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking in lines 2, 3, 11, and 12 the following:-

“for the special purpose of their attending school”
