An Act relative to the State Reclamation Board..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 252 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition,  is hereby amended by striking out the words “environmental management in line 3, and inserting in place thereof the following words:  “fish and game”

SECTION 2.  Said section 2 of said chapter 252, as so appearing is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “commissioner,”  in line 4 the following: “and two representatives of the department of public health, as designated by its commissioner, one of whom represents environmental health and one of whom represents communicable disease”.
