An Act relative to auto insurance surcharges..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the last paragraph the following sentence:- 

An at fault accident shall be deemed surchargeable if repair costs are over $1,000.
