An Act Relative to Savings Bank Life Insurance ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 7 of Chapter 178A, as so appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the fourth paragraph, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“The company in establishing rates, benefits and coverages shall do so consistent with provisions of Chapter 175, except as provided herein.”
