An Act Improving the Safe Driver Insurance Plan ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1.  Section 113B of chapter 175 of the general laws is hereby amended in line 197 by inserting after the word “insured.” The following: -

“Provided that for any driver who have only 1 surchargeable incident after a period of 6 or more years with no surchargeable incidents such driver shall be awarded no more than 2 unsafe driver points and any upward premium adjustment shall only be in effect for three years thereafter.”
