An Act providing for patient education..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 4, Subsection C, of Chapter 305 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:--

“iv. facilitating the implementation and use of an interactive video patient education program.”
