An Act relative to public housing..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any general of special law to the contrary the executive office of housing and community development shall promulgate rules and regulations to establish collective living spaces in public housing that are deemed to be non-smoking.
