An Act relative to workers’ compensation fraud..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 267 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “insurance”, in line 7, the following words:- certificate of insurance, insurance declarations page.
