An Act relative to the duties of undertakers..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 11 of chapter 46 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “to the clerk of the town where the death occurred” and further amended by inserting in place thereof the following: -

“to the clerk of the town where the funeral home is established”
