An Act Relative to the Health Disparities Council.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 16O of Chapter 6A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after “HIV/AIDS” in line 8, the following:

“disabilities”
