In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to liquor licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 17A of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 4, the following:-
“on or before June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and eighty four”
SECTION 2. Section 17B of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking in line 4, the following:-
“on or before June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and eighty four”
SECTION 3. Section 17C of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking in lines 4 and 5, inclusive, the following:-
“prior to January first, nineteen hundred and eighty five”
