In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to school business administrators.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The third paragraph of section 41 of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
School business administrators shall be required to obtain or hold a master of business administration degree.
