In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to charter school transportation.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide appropriate transportation for charter school students, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection cc of section 89 of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in section 7 of chapter 12 of the acts of 2010, is hereby amended by striking out the words “the limitations” at the end of the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following:-
said limits, including limits on the basis of attendance zones or other geographic subdivisions of the district
