An Act relative to public procurement.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 67A of chapter 266 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after paragraph (5) the following:

(6) fails to provide notification to the awarding authority within 30 days of discovery of violations of criminal law or overpayments in connection with the award or performance of a contract relative to procurement;
