An Act relative to the administration of the Department of Environmental Protection.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13 of Chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the paragraph:-
The commissioner of the department of environmental protection shall, when designating presiding officers to conduct adjudicatory proceedings at the request of a city or town, include at least an equal number of municipal officials to any other presiding officers.
