An Act requiring the Office of Medicaid to negotiate the use of passive enrollment into senior care options.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the executive office of health and human services shall make all reasonable efforts to renegotiate the commonwealth’s 1115 waiver to permit passive opt-out enrollment for the senior care options plan.
