An Act relative to low and moderate income housing..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 21 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the fourth sentences the following sentence:— The board of appeals, in making its decision on said application, shall take into consideration the financial feasibility of the proposal.
