An Act defining certain administrative records as public records.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Clause twenty-sixth of Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “thereof,” at line 131, the following:--

or of the office of the commissioner of probation, the office of the chief justice for administration and management, the office of the jury commissioner, or any other office or agency within the judicial branch created by the general court to serve an administrative function.
