In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to End of Life Family Funeral visitation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 90A of chapter 127, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “provisions of this section”, at line 20, at the end of the first sentence, the following words:- except, under escort, to attend the funeral of a relative or to visit a critically ill relative.
