An Act relative to the protection of firefighters and emergency medical technicians.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 12V of chapter 112 of the general laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words:- ", whose usual and regular duties do not include the provision of emergency medical care, and"
