In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act establishing the workforce training trust fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection (a) of section 2RR of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Training”, in line 3 the following word:- Trust. Subsection (b) of said section 2RR of said chapter 29, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the words:- “Subject to appropriation,”. Said subsection (b) of said section 2RR of said chapter 29, as so appearing is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Fund”, in line 8, the following words:-, without prior appropriation,.
Sections 3A, 20A, 21, 21A and 25 of chapter 175 of the Acts of 1998 are hereby repealed.
Section 1 of chapter 172 of the Acts of 1999 is hereby repealed.
Section 159 of chapter 184 of the Acts of 2002 is hereby repealed.
Section 8 of chapter 45 of the Acts of 2005 is hereby repealed.
Section 78 of chapter 123 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby repealed.
