An Act relative to substance abuse services.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 113 of Chapter 58 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended in the first sentence by striking out after the words, “commissioner of mental health”, the words, “for all of the behavioral health benefits” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

for all of the mental health benefits and the commissioner of public health for all of the substance abuse benefits
