An Act regulating mental health reimbursements and grants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Any provider licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and providing mental health inpatient services shall be evaluated for purposes of determining, with respect to such mental health services, reimbursement, or entitlement or qualification for grants and/or any other government payments of any kind as if it were a standalone mental health inpatient service provider and without regard to any other services provided by that entity.
