An Act protecting the health and safety of people in restaurants.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 94 secton 305D is hereby amended by striking in line 1, “having a seating capacity of twenty-five persons or more”
