An Act relative to the health care of minors.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 12F of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “guardian” in line 12 the words “whether with or without the consent of a parent or guardian and regardless of the duration of such separate residence” and after the words “financial affairs” in line 13 the words “regardless of the source or extent of the minor’s income”.
