An Act concerning restaurant rejuvenation.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Chapter 305 of the Acts of 2008 are amended in Section 14, subsection2 (1)(c) by adding after the word "setting" the words "or a restaurant licensed pursuant to Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws;or"
