An Act relative to smoking bars.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22 of chapter 270 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking subsection (j) and inserting in place thereof following:-
(j) Preexisting retail tobacco stores and smoking bars, as defined in subsection (a), shall be exempt from any further limitation of smoking deriving from law, ordinance, by-law, or any fire, health or safety regulation.
