An act regulating the sales of knifes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 12 of Chapter 269 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
Except as provided by law, displays or the sales of an instument or weapon that is designated and defined as a knife for over-the-counter purchases from a self-service or counter display shall be prohibited and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars.
