An Act relative to steam boilers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 46 of Chapter 146, as so appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by
inserting after the paragraph in line 26 the following:-
The department shall promulgate rules and regulations for the operation and maintenance of steam boilers and engines. Such rules and regulations shall include provisions for a variance from the attendance requirements contained in this section.
