An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Barbara Silva, an employee of the Department of Corrections.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special, or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Corrections shall establish a sick leave bank for Barbara Silva, an employee of the Division of Inmate Training & Education. Any employee of said department may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for the use by Barbara Silva.
